Our last Patent: Ultrasonic fast and non destructive test for face masks and their layer components.
On July 20th, 2021 we presented our last patent about a novel, fast and non destructive test for face masks based on our air-coupled ultrasonic technology. It is shown that this technique can be applied to face masks and their layer components and that the information obtained can be related to face mask filtration efficiency and breathability.
Given the possibilities of air-coupled ultrasound, the technique can be used in fabrication line to test is a fast way the whole production of face masks or filter material.
